FinAidNav.com TERMS OF USE

Financial Aid Navigator Support, Inc. (which also goes by “FinAidNav” or “Financial Aid Navigator”) encompasses the website FinAidNav.com and user portal (the “Service” or “Platform”). By using this Service you are agreeing to the following Terms of Use (“TOU”), whether or not you are a registered user of FinAidNav.com. The TOS may be updated from time to time without notice to you. However, you can always find the latest TOS at www.FinAidNav.com/terms and should check regularly for updates and changes.

ARBITRATION NOTICE: YOU AGREE THAT DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND US WILL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING, INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE CURRENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE, SINCE YOUR USE OF IT CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF ALL OF THE MOST CURRENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ITS USE.


1. DEFINITIONS

  • We”, “our”, “us”, or “Consultant” refer to Financial Aid Navigator Support, Inc.
  • User” means any individual who has registered an account or uses the Platform (also referred to as “you” or “Client”).
  • User Payment” means any and all payments made for consulting services, digital products, or platform access.

  • 2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE & PAYMENT FOR EXPERTISE

    Financial Aid Navigator Support, Inc. provides financial aid consulting resources and advisory services. User acknowledges that all payments for services are made in exchange for the professional time, experience, and advisory labor of our team.

    THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." We provide advice based on our best professional knowledge but assume no responsibility for timeliness, non-delivery, or the accuracy of third-party information.


    3. NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOMES (CHARGEBACK PROTECTION)

    3.1 No Outcome Guarantee: User acknowledges that Financial Aid Navigator Support, Inc. does not control financial aid decisions made by colleges, universities, or government agencies.

    3.2 Service vs. Result: No guarantees are made regarding specific financial aid awards, scholarship amounts, or admission decisions. Your obligation to pay for professional time is based on the performance of advisory labor and is NOT contingent upon the final financial aid package granted by any institution.

    3.3 Chargeback Waiver: User agrees not to initiate a credit card chargeback or dispute with their financial institution based on "service not as described" or "failed outcome" claims, provided the professional labor or digital access was provided.


    4. REFUND POLICY

    All fees are non-refundable upon payment. We incur immediate labor and administrative costs upon the commencement of research and file preparation. Users agree that dissatisfaction with a third-party institutional decision (e.g., a college financial aid award) does not entitle the User to a refund.


    5. RULES OF BEHAVIOR

    You are solely responsible for providing complete and accurate financial data. Financial Aid Navigator Support, Inc. shall not be responsible for outcomes resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or untimely information provided by the User.


    6. INDEMNITY

    You agree to indemnify and hold Financial Aid Navigator Support, Inc. harmless from any loss, liability, or claims arising out of your use of the Service or your failure to provide accurate financial information.


    7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    In no event will Financial Aid Navigator Support, Inc. be liable to you for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall be limited to the amount of fees paid by the User for the specific service in question.


    8. DISPUTES & ARBITRATION

    Any cause of action or dispute arising out of or related to these TOU must be resolved by binding, individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association. YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE A TRIAL BY JURY.


    9. GOVERNING LAW

    The laws of the State of California will govern these TOU without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any claim must be filed within one (1) year after such claim arose or be forever barred.


    10. MISCELLANEOUS

    These TOU supersede all prior communications. If any provision is found invalid by a court, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
